Madeleine Bianchi - Nietzsche too spent summers in Swiss Alps!
«FLEE INTO YOUR SOLITUDE!
You have LIVED too closely to the SMALL and the PITIABLE.
FLEE from their invisible VENEGANCE!
TOWARDS YOU THEY HAVE NOTHING BUT VENEGANCE.
RAISE no longer an ARM against THEM!
INNUMERABLE are THEY, and it is not your LOT to be a FLY-WHISK!»
Extract from Chapter 12: «THE FLIES IN THE MARKET-PLACE»!
«THUS SPOKE ZARATHUSTRA: A BOOK FOR ALL AND NONE»
by FRIEDRICH NIETZSCHE (1844 - 1900)! - Published in 1883!
MADELEINE BIANCHI and ERIC MAURER:
FRIEDRICH NIETZSCHE came up with the IDEA to his «ZARATHUSTRA» in the SWISS ALPS!
He visited the ENGADIN, a high alpine region in SWITZERLAND, for the first time at the beginning of JULY 1881.
Thereafter he spent every SUMMER from 1883 to 1888 in SILS.
He would be seen sitting on the pyramidal «NIETZSCHE STONE» on the shore of LAKE SILVAPLANA, deep in thought.
Here he came up with the IDEA of ETERNAL RECURRENCE - the KEY CONCEPT of his «THUS SPOKE ZARATHUSTRA».
