ACCORDING TO WWF, ABOUT 4,000 SNOW LEOPARDS STILL LIVED IN THE REMOTE HIGH MOUNTAIN REGIONS OF CENTRAL ASIA!

Afghanistan, Bhutan, China, India, Kazakhstan, Kirghiz Republic, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.
On paper, Snow Leopards are protected in all these states where they live.
But for an effective protection exists no cross-border cooperation among them!
Hence, SNOW LEOPARDS are in border regions particularly at risk from poaching!
Frequently are also military personnel and border guards among the poachers!
Why? Especially wealthy, but still superstitious CHINESE pay very high PRICES for BODY PARTS of a SNOW LEOPARD!

A world without us would be a miserable world! Wouldn’t it?

A report on our personal experiences with such practices!

THE REPORT:

We write in plain language and list all the “procedural errors” in detail:
Biased approach by the police.
Complete ignorance of our sometimes serious injuries.
Completely ignoring our statements.
Using the coordinated statements of the perpetrators and the witness against us.
The subsequent discontinuation of the two proceedings against the perpetrators.
Both with remarkably short deadlines for appeals.
Perverse punishments against us!
It also contains some indications of “possible” motives of the police officers and the public prosecutor!

WE DON’T WANT THAT!

We do not need and do not want legal instruction from you, the judicial insiders!
Such as the objective legal situation, legal commentaries, precedents, causalities, etc., etc.!
We already know them inside out!
And it saves you the usual legal casuistry!
